There are so many people I've met after I started surfing
and
make my own homepages, and I often wanted to regard them in some way.
I will not go for design, but I will look at the "message" the page has.
If it is a homepage that is sharing and caring.
So many homepages are filled with love and caring for others,
and that is what I'm looking for.
The award of excellence may be applyed for, but please do not
have to many broken images on your page...........I do want to
award pages and the ones who are doing some hard work with them

This basket of roses will be given to pages that are nominated by
you Please don't nominate your own page..........
I want this to be a surprise for the one who recieves it and if
you want it I will mention you as the nominator to the webmistress/master
that receive the award, if you don't specify to me that you want to
be anomynus.
A little "hint": If you're generous enough to do this for someone
else, then you are probably, more-than-likely, eligible for the award yourself!!!
So, make sure that I have All of the pertinent information (URL's,
e-mail addresses, names, etc.,) that pertain to both yourself, and the
party that you are nominating.
I love to hear the wonderful stories of what people do, and
have done, that makes them so generous and Special.
Many times, these people are not even aware of what they do, or
have done, themselves.
So, please tell me just a little about the person that touches your
heart and life. (This can even be as simple as, "I've just finished reviewing
this person's website, and I was just sooo touched"
But please...do not visit my page just for the award.
